Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT)

variable rates - Sessions range in length from 1-4 hours Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) works to address and clear the ongoing effects of anxiety, panic disorder, insomnia, night-terrors, grief, heartbreak, betrayal, childhood abuse, sexual violence, shame, guilt, rage, anger, jealousy, and combat or first responder PTSD.

Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Billed at individual/family rates. Trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy is an evidence-based psychotherapy or counselling that aims at addressing the needs of children and adolescents with post traumatic stress disorder and other difficulties related to traumatic life events. Insurance accepted and Sliding scale available  

Child Parent Relationship Therapy

$30/hour — 10 Interactive Parenting sessions when child is available to attend. CPRT is a play therapy-based treatment program for young children presenting with behavioral, emotional, social, and attachment disorders. parents learn skills to respond more effectively to their children’s emotional and behavioral needs. In turn, children learn that they can count on their parents to reliably and consistently meet their needs for love, acceptance, safety, and security. Sliding scale fees available.

Divorce Co-Parenting Classes

$65 —4 hour court approved curriculum

$60- add on 4- hour High Conflict Solutions

Parenting Classes

$25 - 10 hour parenting classes using a evidenced based parenting curriculum which is ideal for those court ordered for parenting classes (2-10 people in each class). It is a family-centered trauma-informed initiative designed to build nurturing parenting skills as an alternative to abusive and neglecting parenting and child-rearing practices. Classes starting every 10 weeks. Make up sessions are limited to 2 per person and cost $15 per make up class.

Need classes now…..

$15 per session for this class in an individual setting which can start on demand. This is an 8 week program for 1-2 parents in the same family. ($120 total).
